Responsibilities
- Develop and architect consumer and enterprise web applications.
- Write maintainable, testable, and performant software.
- Participate in code reviews and perform extensive testing.
- Research new technologies and tools and share findings with the team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with software development team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a software development role.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of Java, C#, and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of modern web application components, including APIs, templating, routing, data storage, design patterns, optimization, caching, and security.
- Fundamental knowledge of HTTP, the DOM, SSL, and web servers.
- Fluency with relational databases or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with React or Angular is an asset.
- Experience with ASP.NET, Java Spring, or Node.js is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to improve software development workflows and processes.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
