Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications and user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to enhance advertiser workflows.
- Define and negotiate API contracts with internal partner teams for scalable integration.
- Solve problems at scale within a cross-functional team, focusing on product impact.
- Partner with other engineering teams to support the Ads Manager platform.
- Improve the structure, performance, and maintainability of the frontend codebase.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation for code quality.
- Contribute to discussions about technical direction and frontend best practices.
- Support Spotify’s engineering standards for security, accessibility, and inclusive design.
- Engage in growth opportunities like hack time, internal trainings, and tech talks.
Requirements
- Possess a quality-focused mindset and interest in all parts of software development.
- Have a solid foundation in frontend development with hands-on experience in React or similar frameworks.
