Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Build and test reliable, scalable RESTful APIs.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration test cases and support QA activities.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for persistence and data modeling.
- Package and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deploy services on Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Optimize application availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing applications and document software designs, processes, and code.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- The posting describes a preferred experience range of 3–6 years building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices is required.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, RESTful API design, cloud deployment, and distributed-environment troubleshooting is required or expected.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Azure, or AWS is expected.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
