Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, stakeholders, and engineers in a cross-functional product environment.
- Own features across their full lifecycle, from design and delivery through iteration and maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and model high standards for code quality.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, engineering best practices, and DevOps practices.
- Improve platform performance and reliability through testing, monitoring, optimization, documentation, and maintainability efforts.
- Evaluate industry trends and new technologies to improve the platform.
Requirements
- Be based in France with full working rights.
- Be fluent in French and English.
- Have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience building and operating production B2B or B2C SaaS platforms.
- Have experience with long-lived SaaS products and end-to-end feature ownership.
- Demonstrate a strong background in complex, scalable web architectures.
- Have expert-level proficiency in Node.js and Vue.js.
- Have solid production experience with Docker and Kubernetes and hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices.
- Have extensive experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in a feature-team or product-oriented setup.
- Have strong ownership, accountability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Have a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in senior SaaS environments.
