Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable end-to-end platform capabilities and services integrating Generative AI technologies.
- Develop and deploy VectorRAG and GraphRAG solutions using open-source and commercial Large Language Models.
- Build automated systems using agentic AI workflows and frameworks.
- Create LLM and GenAI applications for search, chat agents, guided analytics, and related use cases.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and infrastructure automation for machine learning model deployment.
- Own projects from conception through deployment, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Lead rapid proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new GenAI use cases.
- Assess and manage technical and business risks while maintaining regulatory compliance and transparent control reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to innovation across Citi’s global business lines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software development or systems analysis with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain and hands-on Generative AI and Large Language Model experience.
- Proven experience building applications using LLMs and GenAI for search, chat agents, or guided analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as infrastructure as code practices.
- Understanding of modern software development, microservices architecture, and API design principles.
- Experience with NoSQL, SQL, data lakes, and data pipeline orchestration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, leadership, project management, and continuous-learning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, single-tenant or multi-tenant cloud architectures, and large-scale microservices platforms.
