Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction tuning and domain adaptation.
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Apply data preprocessing techniques and language-model evaluation metrics.
- Optimize model performance and troubleshoot development issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader systems.
- Document model-development processes and share technical insights.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, API Management, Large Language Models, Python Frameworks, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience fine-tuning language models, particularly through instruction tuning and domain adaptation.
- Ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and language-model evaluation metrics.
- Experience optimizing model performance and troubleshooting issues during development cycles.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
