Base Salary
$118k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation for Conga CPQ, Conga Turbo Price, Conga Digital Commerce, and PROS Pricing solutions.
- Establish technical best practices and quality standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Lead technical research, prototyping, and solution evaluation to recommend tools and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical leads, architects, and third parties to deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely remediation to maintain system stability and scalability.
- Prepare solution development estimates and technical plans while identifying dependencies and risks.
- Support continuous improvement, learning, innovation, and deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership position designing, developing, and integrating Conga CPQ, Turbo Price, or Digital Commerce and/or PROS with Salesforce.
- Strong experience leveraging AI-driven Agentforce capabilities to streamline sales workflows and improve productivity.
- Knowledge of Conga product configuration, pricing management, workflow approvals, price dimensions, rulesets, and AI-assisted optimization integrated with Salesforce.
- Strong technical knowledge of product modeling, pricing, quotation, contract lifecycle, data migration, CPQ approvals, and discounts.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Apigee, and Informatica.
- Exposure to integrating AI services and APIs.
- Understanding of technical and quality standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps principles is preferred.
- Knowledge of product trials, subscriptions, commerce, AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or intelligent sales assistants is a plus.
