Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, evaluation, and deployment of AI-powered agents and applications.
- Design data and retrieval architectures for AI agents across diverse healthcare sources.
- Design, review, and own high-quality code, leading releases and production deployments.
- Collaborate with ML/DS teams, product teams, and architects to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security and privacy regulations.
- Contribute to sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to drive team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in modern programming languages and experience with cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI architectures, multi-agent systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience shaping engineering standards and frameworks across teams.
