Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, sessions, and transformations.
- Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL objects, including stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Tune ETL jobs and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Use Unix shell scripts for file processing and workflow automation.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead process improvements, ensure coding and development standards, and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with business, testing, support, and multiple technical teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter, including ETL development and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development.
- Knowledge of query and performance tuning, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Experience with Unix shell scripting, Autosys, Control-M, and Git or other version control tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Good-to-have experience includes Informatica IICS, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
- Ability to work independently, make team-level decisions, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior resources.
