Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and enhance features for AI and GenAI products.
- Participate in data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain feature reliability.
- Develop scalable solutions using multiple technologies and databases with appropriate controls and security.
- Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and apply logical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams while clearly communicating technical information.
- Use source control, code coverage, security scanning, and established SDLC practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 months of software industry experience as an AI Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and other Python frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, design patterns, data structures and algorithms, and scalable software design.
- Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, LangChain, LangGraph, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres.
- Experience or understanding of unit testing, code coverage, security scan tools, and GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Strong troubleshooting, logical thinking, communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and initiative-taking skills.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and mature software development lifecycle practices.
