Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams to drive technical strategy for AI security opportunities.
- Engage customers in discussions about AI initiatives and security requirements.
- Configure and deliver tailored demos of Zscaler’s AI security solutions.
- Support proofs of concept and technical evaluations for AI-related opportunities.
- Advise customers on secure AI usage, including data protection and policy enforcement.
- Translate complex AI and security concepts into actionable value for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback.
- Develop reusable demos and technical assets to scale AI field motion.
- Enable internal teams on AI trends and security use cases.
- Represent Zscaler in executive briefings and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Deep understanding of modern AI and GenAI technologies.
- Experience in configuring and presenting technical solutions in enterprise sales.
- Strong ability to connect technical capabilities to business value.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving AI market.
