Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams and Solutions Engineering teams to drive technical strategy for AI security opportunities.
  • Lead customer discovery around AI initiatives, GenAI use cases, enterprise architecture, security requirements, and adoption challenges.
  • Configure and deliver customer-tailored demonstrations of Zscaler’s AI security solutions.
  • Support proofs of concept, proofs of value, and technical evaluations for strategic AI opportunities.
  • Advise customers on data protection, policy enforcement, user access, governance, and risk mitigation for enterprise AI adoption.
  • Translate complex AI and security concepts into actionable value for technical, security, and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt workflows, and emerging enterprise AI architectures.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback and influence roadmap and positioning.
  • Create reusable demos, technical assets, competitive positioning, enablement content, workshops, reference architectures, and playbooks.
  • Enable internal teams on AI trends, AI security use cases, market messaging, and customer objections.
  • Represent Zscaler in executive briefings, customer workshops, webinars, and AI security industry events.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, or Technical Advisory.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, orchestration patterns, prompt workflows, model usage, safety, and governance.
  • Experience configuring, demonstrating, and presenting technical solutions during complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value, security outcomes, and customer priorities.
  • Strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills for engaging architects, practitioners, security leaders, and executives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud environments, APIs, application workflows, and integration patterns.
  • Strong cybersecurity knowledge, including areas such as cloud security, data security, zero trust architecture, secure access, governance, and policy controls.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and go-to-market teams.
  • Preferred experience in AI security, secure AI adoption, model governance, AI-related risk management, production AI deployments, public-cloud infrastructure, Python, APIs, scripting, solution prototyping, reusable field assets, security platforms, cloud-native architecture, and SaaS security models.
