Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and consistency.
- Ensure software scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team ’s work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.

- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO Finance is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management and SAP FI/CO Finance.
- Strong expertise in financial modules and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with code reviews and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
