Base Salary
$139k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and prototype AI-enabled solutions supporting Oncology R&D workflows and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, analytical models, and machine learning solutions.
- Apply machine learning techniques to structured and unstructured healthcare data.
- Collaborate with scientific and product partners to understand needs and deliver usable tools.
- Rapidly prototype and adapt solutions based on feedback while contributing to engineering standards, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 5+ years of experience, or a PhD and 1+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience building data, analytics, or machine learning solutions in healthcare, life sciences, or health technology.
- Strong programming skills and experience with modern data and machine learning tooling.
- Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative or scientific field is strongly preferred.
- Experience with research or clinical workflows, healthcare technology companies or AI startups, and cloud-based data and machine learning environments is preferred.
- Strong ability to rapidly prototype, adapt solutions based on feedback, and collaborate and communicate effectively.
