Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the planning, design, development, and use of CI/CD pipelines and software systems.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle as an independent contributor and Agile team member.
- Develop software on schedule, solve complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate progress to customers and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues, establish standards, and improve efficiency.
- Perform software verification testing and help develop, implement, and maintain software test plans and reports.
Requirements
- Principal level requires a STEM-related bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience, or a STEM master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- Senior Principal level requires a STEM-related bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of experience, or a STEM master's degree with 6 years of experience.
- Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at start.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C, or C++.
- Experience with version control systems, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, cloud services development, and Linux.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bellevue, Nebraska, and travel up to 20%.
- Preferred qualifications include defense-system architecture experience, technical leadership, end-to-end software initiative ownership, software verification testing, SD-WAN, Ansible, Python, and Argo CD.
