Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own business initiatives from inception through production.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to define scope, estimate effort, and identify technical dependencies.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure technical designs.
- Define, maintain, and promote architectural patterns, coding standards, and best practices for enterprise web applications.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Assess and manage business, compliance, and operational risks in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead capacity.
- Deep knowledge of core Java, including multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and web application security risks.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Database, advanced SQL, PL/SQL development, query optimization, indexing strategies, and database schema design.
- Experience implementing and managing distributed caching solutions such as Hazelcast or Redis.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adjust priorities quickly.

- Primary location salary range of $120 800,00 - $170 800,00.
