Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain the runtime and platform for Datagrid Pages and the Dataset Editor.
- Design scalable canvas-based and data-bound user interfaces, including Canvas Charts and table views.
- Improve graph computation systems and evaluation pipelines for browser and server performance.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features and agentic workflows into products.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and documented code.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams on large-scale initiatives.
- Develop technical standards and operational processes.
- Support production services to achieve high availability and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers in technical and soft skills.
- Recommend technical investments and support short- and long-term technical planning.
- Build modern continuous integration and continuous delivery systems for deterministic releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, test-driven development, and UI/API design.
- Experience with Node.js, React, and TypeScript is preferred.
- Ability to recommend technical investments that improve production stability, performance, and scalability.
- Ability to assess short- and long-term goals and balance immediate and future needs.
- Ability to create scalable operational support strategies for newer developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
