Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and enhance applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Lead efforts to align application designs with business objectives and technical standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and integrate application components.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while supporting scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Billing Processing.
- Proficiency in Billing Processing.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and the software development life cycle.
- Experience configuring and customizing applications for specific business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and multi-team delivery.
- 15 years of full-time education.
