Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architecture and solution designs for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide technical leadership and design assurance for custom solution development and implementation.
- Analyze current-state environments, define target-state solutions, and recommend integration, technology, and investment roadmaps.
- Document architectural designs, validate prototypes, identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, and provide mitigation support.
- Enable delivery teams through reusable frameworks, automation recommendations, architecture standards, metrics, and technical support.
- Support pre-sales presentations, negotiate requirements with clients, and act as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and other thought-leadership materials.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage, and develop team members while overseeing performance, engagement, diversity, and retention.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Generative AI.
- Ability to create enterprise architecture and scalable, reliable, manageable solution designs.
- Experience providing technical leadership across design, development, implementation, delivery, and client engagement.
- Ability to manage architectural, technical, process, and structural risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations, present solutions to clients, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and managing team resourcing, performance, and career development.
