Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
Model data and optimize queries with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS, with ECS preferred.
Own features from design through development and production.
Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows.

8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
Experience building and shipping complex features in production systems.
A proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end.
Experience contributing to 0-to-1 product development.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, with ECS experience a plus.
Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes.
Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments is preferred.
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production is preferred.
