Responsibilities
- Own complete product surfaces from conception to production.
- Ship production AI products that automate complex workflows.
- Build features at a fast pace while maintaining quality.
- Drive multi-month initiatives that unlock major product capabilities.
- Design systems and product architectures that scale significantly.
- Set standards for product quality and user experience.
- Integrate cutting-edge AI frameworks into customer-facing products.
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows.
- Partner with leadership to define product strategy.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar through code reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product engineering experience shipping customer-facing products.
- Deep expertise in building complete product experiences across the stack.
- Track record of building 0→1 products that reached meaningful scale.
- Expert-level coding fundamentals with sound judgment on technical trade-offs.
- Experience shipping production AI/ML products.
- Strong product instincts to build features that drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional product judgment and ability to make high-stakes decisions.
- Strong technical communication skills for explaining decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
- Genuine passion for building impactful products in the trades and home services industry.
