Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on test automation.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and analyze automated test scripts and results.
  • Identify automation improvement opportunities and implement testing best practices.
  • Serve as an SME, manage team performance, and make decisions for the team.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to align testing strategies with project objectives.
  • Troubleshoot testing issues and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Requirements

  • At least five years of professional experience is required, including a minimum of five years using Selenium.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, automated testing, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, Maven, Git, and API testing is required.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages is required.
  • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts is required.
  • Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively is required.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines and understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes are required.
  • COBOL experience is preferred.
  • Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
