Responsibilities
- Develop core systems for AI education, including dynamic experiences and assessments.
- Create capabilities for adaptive learning that respond to learners' knowledge and goals.
- Build data pipelines and analytics systems to analyze learner outcomes and engagement.
- Empower non-engineers to design and configure learning experiences without engineering support.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in software, data, or learning engineering.
- Experience building data systems or infrastructure that support education and training.
- Familiarity with learning data, analytics pipelines, or educational metrics.
- Ability to translate learning or pedagogical goals into technical systems.
