Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java back-end applications and React/Redux front-end web applications.
- Design, optimize, and review SQL queries and data access patterns for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design, build, and evolve RESTful APIs and support integration best practices.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and cross-device-compatible user interfaces using modern CSS practices.
- Design, code, test, and maintain scalable client-server applications.
- Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and promote coding standards and documentation.
- Participate in Agile workflows including sprint planning and review sessions.
- Apply security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Use GitLab or GitHub for version control and help improve CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience developing web applications using React/Redux.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing Java-based applications, including complex business logic and integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL queries, with knowledge of data modeling and performance considerations.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, related web standards, and applicable XML development.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, with strong knowledge of JSON and API best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
- Strong experience in Agile development environments and software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Eclipse and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience using SQL Server Management Studio for database development, query optimization, and issue resolution.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in English.
