Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design the core EAV data model and schema-as-code platform while balancing flexibility with transactional integrity
- Build Git-style version control and migration tooling for complex schema and data changes on live enterprise production tenants
- Develop AI-assisted tooling using foundation models to propose, validate, and apply customer schemas and workflow definitions
- Scale the white-labeled data warehouse for high-volume, low-latency analytics and automation workloads
- Create Terraform-like declarative APIs and SDKs with strong security, tenancy, and performance characteristics
- Deliver end-to-end observability and search across supply-chain, finance, and operations data
- Build enterprise guardrails to detect anomalous behavior and risky emergent patterns
- Mentor teammates, shape engineering culture, and partner with product and design
Requirements
- Expertise building large-scale ETL with databases such as Postgres, Elasticsearch, DuckDB, and Memgraph
- Experience using cloud services to build and deploy reliable web applications
- Experience working with abstractions and complex graph-based architectures that scale
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teammates
- Ability to take ownership, make sound technical decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive ambiguous problems through execution
- Team-oriented, curious, growth-minded, pragmatic, quality-focused, and low-ego approach
