Responsibilities
- Design and develop manual testing and automation processes, tools, and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the core engineering team in developing services and system architecture.
- Ensure quality is built into every step of the development life-cycle through testing and quality assurance processes.
- Define and drive best practices and frameworks for testing.
- Collaborate with the product team to define and execute testing strategies and advocate for QA and automation benefits.
- Influence design decisions and enforce a quality-based approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Automation and QA experience in large-scale products.
- Proficient in writing scripts with Python, JavaScript, or equivalent.
- Experience in designing and implementing test plans.
- Familiarity with cross-platform services (Android, iOS, web).
- Passion for clean code and agile methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
- Experience with Google Cloud and gRPC is a plus.
- BSc in Computer Science or related fields is a plus.
- Experience with American Tax is a plus.
- Experience in automating API testing is a plus.
