Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, optimize, and support configuration management tools including Git, GitHub, Polarion, and Artifactory.
- Manage Git repositories, GitHub workflows, branching, merging, releases, migrations, Git LFS, and repository security controls.
- Automate Git and GitHub workflows using GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
- Maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and deploy applications developed in various programming languages.
- Configure and administer tool infrastructure and ensure operational stability and performance.
- Handle helpdesk tickets, provide technical user support and training, resolve incidents, and document changes and support processes.
- Support and integrate AI solutions and evaluate new technologies for business use.
- Gather requirements from internal customers and collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in full stack development and application support.
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js and backend frameworks such as .NET, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with database design and administration using SQL and optionally NoSQL technologies.
- Deep understanding of legacy systems and their maintenance, or strong motivation to work in legacy environments.
- Experience with AI technologies and their integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, communication, training, and user-support skills.
- Independent, structured, and collaborative working style.
- Excellent spoken and written English for international collaboration.
