Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define business problems, lead co-creation workshops, and design outcome-oriented solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from discovery, POC, and MVP through enterprise-scale rollout.
- Build AI-first, cloud-native applications and platforms using reusable components and modern engineering practices.
- Integrate GenAI copilots, agents, and automation into enterprise workflows.
- Design and work across data flows, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and composable architectures.
- Lead CI/CD, DevSecOps, production rollout, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization in client environments.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, influence architecture and delivery direction, and present outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital engineering, product engineering, solution architecture, or forward deployed/customer-facing engineering roles.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, data engineering, pipelines, and modern data platforms.
- Proven experience in client-facing engagements or consulting-driven delivery models.
- Preferred experience includes GenAI, intelligent automation, PDLC or platform engineering, building POCs and scaling them to enterprise solutions, and working in fast-paced multi-stakeholder environments.
