Responsibilities

Own technical delivery across multiple government deployments from prototype to production.
Embed with public sector customers to design and build applications powered by OpenAI models.
Deliver observable systems spanning infrastructure through applications for successful deployments.
Prototype and build full-stack systems using Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks.
Guide customers on maximizing business and operational value from their applications.
Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders for successful deployment.
Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.
Contribute directly in the code when necessary for clarity or momentum.
Codify working patterns into tools or playbooks for others to use.
Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to influence development.

5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, ideally in customer-facing or government environments.
Active TS/SCI clearance or equivalent.
Experience in scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving contexts.
Proficient in writing and reviewing production-grade code across frontend and backend.
Familiarity with cloud deployment models (Azure, AWS), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
Ability to simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to spot risks early and adjust without slowing down.
Collaborative and humble with a strong desire to help others.
