Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions while leading teams through design and delivery.
- Act as the subject-matter expert for Pairsoft APRO Banking Gateway and Imaging configuration, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Manage bank connectivity setups using SWIFT, SFTP, and APIs, along with imaging capture, indexing, and archiving workflows.
- Translate business requirements into configuration updates and manage design, build, test, deployment, UAT planning, test scripting, and cutover.
- Set up and maintain APRO DEV, TEST, and PROD environments, including releases, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Design and support APRO integrations with Oracle EBS Cash Management for bank statements, cash positioning, reconciliations, and downstream postings.
- Perform SQL and log analysis, debugging, and integration troubleshooting, including support for job schedulers and messaging or queue systems.
- Apply documentation, audit, compliance, and ITIL incident, problem, and change practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with the detailed requirements citing 5–8+ years in Cash Management or Oracle EBS.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Pairsoft APRO Banking Gateway and Imaging modules is required.
- Hands-on experience with Pairsoft APRO configuration, environment development and maintenance, release management, patching, performance, and operations is required.
- Functional expertise in Oracle EBS Cash Management, including bank accounts, statement processing, cash positioning, reconciliation rules, accounting impacts, and GL/AP/AR postings, is required.
- Experience delivering configuration updates from business requirements, including UAT planning, test scripting, and cutover, is required.
- Practical knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX, CAMT, BAI2, SFTP/API integrations, file formats, encryption, and signing is required.
- SQL, log analysis, debugging, and integration troubleshooting skills are required.
- Experience with PowerShell or Python automation scripts, CI/CD tools for configuration deployment, treasury processes, liquidity, reconciliation, job schedulers, messaging or queue systems, documentation, audit, compliance, and ITIL practices is preferred or required as specified in the posting.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
