Base Salary
$85k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions in an agile software development environment.
- Build generative AI applications, intelligent agents, agentic flows, prompt engineering workflows, and AI-powered business solutions.
- Translate business requirements into code and support testing cycles, debugging, deployment, and post-production operations.
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation, model integration, fine-tuning, scalable inference, and AI/MLOps practices.
- Contribute to cloud deployment, containerized microservices, event streaming, messaging, monitoring, and enterprise software architecture.
- Participate in design sessions, peer code reviews, technical interviews, and continuous learning across Citi software development teams.
- Collaborate with globally distributed, cross-functional teams on projects shaping the future of financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or MIS, with AI, machine learning, or data science coursework, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Graduation date must be between 2024 and July 2026.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Demonstrated proficiency in generative AI frameworks and concepts, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, model development, prompt engineering, and AI architecture.
- Ability to pass technical interviews involving basic algorithmic programming exercises.
- Strong interest or experience in building agentic flows and agents, including on Citi’s proprietary ARC platform.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
- Prior experience working on agile teams is desirable.
