Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software as part of the development team.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
- Work with customer-facing teams to navigate complex customer requirements.
- Identify gaps in product requirements and collaborate with Product to design features.
- Contribute to the product-wide technical roadmap and adopt new technologies.
- Monitor applications in production and proactively resolve issues.
- Plan and execute end-to-end automated tests.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve code quality.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
- Deep development experience in .NET and C#.
- Solid experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework.
- Experience working directly with customers on customer-facing projects.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, Git, CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Ability to make sound technical decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity about AI tooling and its application in development work.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
