Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, and autonomous action.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems using REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Optimize multi-agent environments for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to align agent capabilities with business needs.
- Explore generative AI, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Build and optimize language models using LoRA and QLoRA techniques.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with exposure to AI/ML projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing AI agents with Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python; PL/SQL or Java experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and multi-agent workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Understanding of generative AI, NLP, and reinforcement learning concepts.
- Experience with LLM inference optimization.
- Preferred experience building enterprise AI agents, managing agent lifecycles and AI profiles, and developing multi-agent collaboration or autonomous decision-making systems.

- Base pay varies by location: $182,900-$310,500 annually in the San Francisco Bay Area and $159,000-$270,000 annually in other US locations.
- Role may be eligible for a bonus.
