Responsibilities
- Deliver Axiom platform enhancements, code re-solutions, and regulatory reporting solutions across jurisdictions.
- Support integration testing and implementation of the Ab Initio strategic data engine.
- Operate monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting, investigate production issues, and respond to reporting incidents and business enquiries.
- Manage NASDAQ support tickets, vendor engagements, release management, roadmap reviews, platform upgrades, and enhancement communications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Drive regression test automation, DevSecOps initiatives, engineering capability development, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Axiom regulatory reporting solutions, including taxonomy and solutions containing a data dictionary, preferably for European regulatory reporting.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting platforms in banking or financial services.
- Experience delivering complex system enhancements and integrations and managing production support for business-critical applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Experience leading or mentoring distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Experience with Ab Initio or enterprise ETL platforms, European regulatory reporting requirements, DevSecOps practices, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable.
- Bachelor of Engineering, BTech, or equivalent graduation.
