Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement real-time voice solutions for authentication and fraud prevention.
- Integrate and optimize voice network systems for reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless voice features.
- Design and maintain robust enterprise and carrier-grade voice infrastructure.
- Deliver architectural improvements and onboard new platforms or vendors.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats in voice security and develop strategies to address them.
- Use automation and monitoring tools to enhance system resilience and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice and networking technical issues.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of voice and data networking technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and PBX.
- Experience architecting and scaling cloud-native voice infrastructures on AWS or Google Cloud.
- Skilled in deploying and monitoring voice platforms for reliability in high-security environments.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well with engineering teams and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and participate in technical reviews.
- 5+ years in voice engineering or related fields; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
