Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback.
- Contribute to architectural decisions supporting system stability and performance.
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve the delivery process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
- Support and mentor team members by sharing knowledge and helping them develop their skills.
- Champion industry best practices and standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in most of JavaScript, TypeScript, frontend frameworks, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL, with willingness to learn additional technologies.
- Have experience with build tools, Git, continuous integration, alerting, monitoring, and logging tools.
- Have experience with a modern IDE and refactoring tools.
- Be experienced in test-driven development and mocking libraries.
- Have real-world experience with Agile practices and execution.
- Be capable of designing and developing for cloud environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Be familiar with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, Codex, and Antigravity.
- Have some experience or exposure to agentic software development, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Have experience supporting and mentoring team members.
