Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day annotation pipeline health.
- Build escalation systems and failure categorization frameworks.
- Transition execution from manual operations to automated systems.
- Build validation systems anchored on downstream model metrics.
- Develop anomaly detection models for annotation.
- Reduce manual QA burden through automation.
- Define performance metrics for quality and throughput.
- Build training systems and feedback loops for vendors.
- Scale vendor operations effectively.
- Own the automation roadmap for computer vision and ML systems.
Requirements
- Strong ML and Data Science fundamentals with production experience.
- Experience in computer vision, including 2D/3D models and remote sensing.
- Proven experience building systems for annotation and data labeling.
- Comfort operating and improving real-world data pipelines.
- Structured problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
- Clear written communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- High ownership mindset with accountability for weekly metrics.
