Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop business capabilities and automation that help internal customers deliver on business needs.
- Collaborate on software, product, and systems architecture design and experimental solutions.
- Evolve the cloud platform and its operations using engineering and agile practices.
- Define and manage infrastructure as code across cloud environments.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive manual processes.
- Operate cloud capabilities including compute, storage, secrets, networking, identity, access management, containers, and deployments.
- Contribute to modernization of legacy systems and scalable platforms for credit and originations technology.
- Interface consumer credit application data with internal and external systems while supporting security, compliance, availability, and data privacy.
- Use emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, preferably with .NET and C#.
- At least 2 years of experience building infrastructure within a cloud platform; Azure is preferred, with AWS or Google Cloud also considered.
- Experience defining infrastructure as code, preferably with Bicep; Terraform or CloudFormation experience is transferable.
- Experience with cloud compute, storage, key and secret management, virtual networking, identity and access management, and automated deployments.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of containers and Linux fundamentals, including Dockerfiles, image registries, image scanning, promotion, and runtime debugging.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture such as Service Bus and NoSQL data stores such as Cosmos DB is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem investigation and diagnostic skills.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Richmond, Virginia, or Kennesaw, Georgia, with onsite work four days per week.
- Paid sick, vacation, holiday, floating holiday, bereavement, and jury-duty time, subject to employment classification and applicable policies.
- Full-time associates may receive up to 48 hours of sick time annually and 80 to 200 hours of vacation annually after a 90-day waiting period, depending on service.
- Eligible associates receive pay for six scheduled holidays plus one floating holiday, with holiday premium pay when applicable.
- Full-time salaried associates receive paid time away as needed, subject to manager approval.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.
