Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build self-serve functionality for agent configuration, training, and deployment.
- Design configuration abstractions that balance power and simplicity across diverse enterprise use cases.
- Build AI-powered tooling for CX and operations teams to create and manage agent workflows without code.
- Develop monitoring, tracing, and analytics that identify agent failures and their causes.
- Handle agentic systems and critical production flows at enterprise scale.
- Evaluate new text and voice models and integrate successful models into production traffic.
- Own features end to end from technical architecture through deployment and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customers on discovery, requirements, design reviews, launches, and refinement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building software products.
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working across the entire stack.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, usable interfaces.
- Experience handling complex systems, asynchronous programming, and scale-related failure modes.
- Strong debugging ability across deep technology stacks.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product and technical specifications.
- Strong judgment about shipping quickly versus building for long-term correctness.
- Preferred: experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluations, or AI agent systems.
- Preferred: experience building developer tools, APIs, platforms, or internal tools that became customer-facing.
- Preferred: experience with observability, data visualization, or analytics products.
- Preferred: experience building security-sensitive systems such as authentication and data access controls.
- Preferred: experience with multimodal or voice models.
