Base Salary
$205k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call support.
- Design versioned APIs with strong error handling, safe defaults, and backward compatibility.
- Build reliable data models and backend services that scale with traffic and customer needs.
- Build user-facing features across the dashboard, CLI, and SDKs for developers and coding agents.
- Instrument launches and use activation, adoption, conversion, and developer feedback data to guide future development.
- Write design documents, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation, and review code and technical designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and other engineering teams.
- Handle incidents in the owned area and ship launches with alerts, runbooks, and rollback plans.
Requirements
- Experience building software for developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools is helpful.
- Helpful experience includes SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, machine-readable documentation, billing, metering, pricing systems, workflow orchestration, caching, analytical data systems, observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Blockchain experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience with blockchain products or developer tools, agent payment and identity standards such as x402, open source contributions, talks, or technical writing is helpful.
