Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to identify high-impact problems, write specifications, and translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.
- Scope, prototype, ship, measure, and scale GTM systems with product-team discipline.
- Define success metrics such as meetings booked, pipeline influenced, speed-to-lead, conversion, reclaimed rep hours, and CRM data quality.
- Build LLM-powered workflows, agents, prompt libraries, outbound personalization systems, and account research workflows.
- Design and ship enrichment, routing, segmentation, scoring, and signal-based workflows across the GTM lifecycle.
- Build agentic outbound systems that help sales representatives prospect and personalize at scale.
- Automate CRM data capture through logging, field updates, and in-workflow tools.
- Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, intent tools, internal tools, and analytics through lightweight AI-powered integrations.
- Evaluate emerging GTM tools and recommend what Bevi should adopt, test, or retire.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering in a B2B environment.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI, prompt engineering, and shipping AI-powered workflows in production.
- Deep Salesforce fluency, including data modeling, automation patterns, workflow design, quality assurance, and data hygiene.
- Hands-on experience building and operationalizing enrichment and orchestration workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or similar.
- Ability to write SQL and work with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations.
- Strong commercial judgment and a focus on measurable impact on sales execution.
- Systems-thinking mindset, strong project management skills, and a bias toward automation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and coach stakeholders through adoption.
