Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex digital and software solutions in the CRM domain.
- Design, customize, integrate, and optimize CRM platforms for scalable customer relationship solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
- Act as a subject matter expert for pitches and client work.
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team.
- Implement loyalty program capabilities including tiers, points, wallets, vouchers, promotions, partner integrations, real-time events, fraud controls, and member lifecycle orchestration.
- Support customer data extraction, reporting, segmentation, personalization, identity resolution, and activation workflows.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics across backend and frontend development.
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience leading and managing project development in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Experience with CI/CD and version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Strong programming skills in APEX, C#, .NET, or other scripting and automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for CRM integrations.
- Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of data segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and personalization.
- Experience diagnosing CRM-related technical issues and providing solutions.
- Experience with one or more Salesforce clouds or related capabilities, including Loyalty Management, Consumer Goods Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and guide junior team members.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, JavaScript Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, CPQ Administrator or Developer, Field Service Consultant, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional are preferred.
