Base Salary
$98k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Support and maintain ITAM, CMDB, and ITSM processes and applications.
- Gather, refine, and implement software development requirements with business, customer, management, and technical stakeholders.
- Provide ServiceNow technical support, consultation, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve system defects, performance issues, and configuration challenges.
- Create technical documentation, reports, and user-facing support materials.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing, Technical Exchange Meetings, platform upgrades, and Agile development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Security+ certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Desired qualifications include HTML and CSS knowledge, CMDB and asset lifecycle management experience, ITSM and ITAM application support experience, and familiarity with SQL, relational databases, version control, and Agile development.
