Responsibilities
- Lead SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and execution across multiple programs.
- Define and plan SIL and HIL validation strategies using embedded-systems expertise.
- Lead simulation activities across all software development lifecycle phases from requirements through validation.
- Design scalable simulation environments and end-to-end validation architecture.
- Drive automation and integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop GPU-accelerated applications and parallelize simulation code using CUDA, OpenCL, or similar frameworks.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize simulation performance for memory, processing, and real-time requirements.
- Set and track KPIs for validation quality and coverage.
- Develop and maintain simulation tools and models for automotive embedded systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of radar signal processing and object tracking.
- Experience with parallel computing and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CAN and Ethernet communication protocols and CANoe.
- Expertise with SIL and HIL frameworks.
- Strong software architecture skills.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience integrating CI/CD into simulation workflows.
