Responsibilities
- Simplify and integrate new and existing DevOps tools and processes.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to increase automation and security for their software products.
- Introduce and promote DevOps best practices across the development organisation.
- Maintain the Secure SDLC tool stack.
- Integrate AI capabilities into AXA Schweiz’s SDLC processes.
- Ensure the full technology stack meets security and compliance requirements.
- Work with cloud providers and AXA Group Operations to integrate their solutions into the platform and provide feedback.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Operate critical infrastructure and participate in occasional on-call duty.
Requirements
- Several years of experience developing and operating software.
- A preferred higher-education degree in computer science or a related field.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools, including Infrastructure as Code, blue/green deployments, feature flags, and GitHub Actions.
- A strong motivation to learn and develop personal and team capabilities.
- A strong drive toward automation and technical excellence.
- Professional use of AI and potentially experience developing autonomous AI agents.
- Willingness to operate critical infrastructure and participate in occasional on-call duty.
- Ability to work in a globally connected team and collaborate and prioritise in a complex environment.
- Fluent German and English.
