Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data solutions for oncology research.
- Collaborate with clinical data analysts to ensure data quality.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop junior data engineers.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Identify and propose improvements for code and processes.
- Monitor CI/CD processes and resolve issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with data modeling in Snowflake.
- Experience leading data engineering teams.
- Expertise in data engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a related field.
