Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Jira workflows, issue types, screens, automation rules, and project configurations.
- Develop Python and SQL scripts, utilities, reporting pipelines, and integrations for engineering data.
- Extract, validate, and process data from Atlassian databases and REST APIs.
- Develop web-based dashboards and user interfaces that visualize project health, engineering metrics, defect trends, and execution status.
- Generate engineering metrics, validate data quality, and provide actionable analytics for engineering and program teams.
- Collaborate with Design, Verification, Implementation, Validation, Power, Performance, Software, and Program Management teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Basic understanding of databases, REST APIs, and software development practices.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar web frameworks.
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn enterprise workflow automation and engineering process development.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a nice-to-have.
- Basic understanding of the semiconductor or SoC development lifecycle is a nice-to-have.
- Exposure to PostgreSQL, Git, Flask, or FastAPI is a nice-to-have.
- Interest in data visualization, dashboards, and engineering analytics is a nice-to-have.
