Responsibilities
- Provide technical input into MGM Resorts’ enterprise identity management strategy.
- Architect, develop, test, deploy, and monitor IAM systems.
- Assess stakeholder requirements and design IAM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Implement processes, policies, and standards that support security best practices and reduce risk.
- Integrate IAM solutions with web-based, mobile, internal, and third-party applications.
- Serve as the primary IAM technical resource and subject matter expert.
- Build relationships with Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR, and other internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years designing, building, and deploying software solutions in the IAM domain.
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar solutions.
- Working knowledge of SailPoint and experience deploying IAM solutions for authentication and authorization.
- Proficiency in PKI certificate authentication and SQL scripting for data management and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and other authentication protocols and frameworks.
- Experience integrating applications with SSO solutions.
- Java/J2EE Enterprise Web Development experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
- CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent industry certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and independent-working skills.
