Responsibilities

Design and deploy API-led, microservice-architected software solutions.
Develop AI agentic solutions, agent skills, and automation for day-to-day engineering problems.
Build, support, and improve internal developer productivity tools across on-premises and cloud-hosted environments.
Deploy and operate containerized applications in production environments.
Develop YAML-based CI/CD workflows and engineering automation.
Analyze existing platforms and processes and convert improvement opportunities into actionable projects.
Provide technical and architectural guidance and mentor other software engineers.
Evaluate AI-powered tools, agentic workflows, and automation opportunities for software development.

At least 4 years of software development experience focused on API-led, microservice-architected solutions.
At least 3 years of experience deploying to production cloud environments, including experience with GCP and Azure.
Proven experience developing AI agentic solutions for practical engineering problems.
At least 4 years of .NET development experience with C# and at least 2 years of Python scripting experience.
Experience developing YAML CI/CD workflows, ideally with GitHub Actions.
Experience developing AI agents and agent skills using YAML and Markdown.
Production experience with containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
Ability to mentor software engineers and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred experience includes at least 2 years with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Go; MCP server development and management; the Atlassian tool stack; and observability tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
