Responsibilities

Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Configure and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
Implement and maintain SecOps capabilities including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence when applicable.
Configure HRSD capabilities including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
Lead and support HAM Pro implementations, go-live planning, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
Implement hardware asset lifecycle processes covering procurement, inventory, asset tracking, stockroom management, and retirement or disposal.
Develop REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party tools.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, post-production support, UAT, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer.

5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
Expertise in ITSM, SecOps including Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response, HRSD, and HAM Pro.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Preferred qualifications include HAM Pro implementation and go-live leadership experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or HAM are preferred.
