Base Salary
$77k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Design and build scalable applications and microservices with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Use CI/CD practices to support software deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Apply object-oriented design principles to create maintainable software architectures.
- Manage software testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Apply AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance software capabilities and user experiences.
- Participate in ATDD to validate software functionality and performance.
- Support digital integration and architecture initiatives and mentor Associates and junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
- Experience with API management, application development, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience managing continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Experience with Mendix App Platform and React Native is preferred.
- Ability to work directly with clients, manage workstreams, and navigate complex situations.
